Some shots of the Laboratory...the Yamaha O2R digital mixing board...those speakers are the JBL Decade series from the 70's...real booty shaking bass! Don't look for too much outboard gear here. I work with Digital Performer on a Mac with a Motu 828, 16 simultaneous tracks in and out. The board has dynamics and effects on every channel. More then enough for recording in and mixing. For instrumentation I use Reason on a Mac Titanium laptop with a Digidesign audio interface. I am an avid Reason user since it's creation (and even before) and as a virtual rack next to the mixing board and audio enviorment, I have unlimited resources for composing and recording backing tracks.3times3 is first and foremost a creation space, where aesthetics is key for inspiration and comfort. It has to FEEL good to SOUND and BE good....Here's some shots of the Chill area, where you can kick back and let those creative juices flow...
